Exceptional service all around. The weather was terrible all day but the UCF Revel team goes the extra mile. While it was down-pouring, the two young men and Kennedy were still running around tent to tent to ensure we were happy and kept our belongings as dry as possible. While the weather conditions were miserable, our tailgate experience was still great and memorable due to the excellent customer service by this team. We plan on returning next season.
